The “baddest” campaign ever!!
UncategorizedLeave a comment

When person becomes a follower of Jesus, a Christian, they receive the awesome privilege of joining the biggest,”baddest”, most daring campaign orchestrated by God; the most awesome being in existence!

This campaign is to literally take over the World in every sense of the word. In His Kingdom, ruled by Jesus, there will be no more death, no more sorrow, no more tears!

I find 2 things awesome and fascinating about this campaign:

– It’s not something He’s just going to do in the future, right now God is wiping away tears, living in people, saving us from death, and taking away sorrows! It’s happening right now amongst those who have chosen to have faith in Jesus!

– What’s also awesome to me about this campaign is that with our flaws and our weaknesses, this awesome God has graciously deposited the power to make this campaign happen in people who hear about Jesus, this awesome King, and choose to put and express their confidence in Him!

In Jesus, you are literally a world changer! It is a privilege to be a part of God’s Eternal Agenda! It’s a privilege to be a part of the “baddest” campaign ever! (Of course when I say baddest, I mean “bestest” 😀)

HE RESTORES MY SOUL
UncategorizedLeave a comment

By simply living in this fallen world, our souls inevitably get damaged. The mistake of a well meaning but ill informed parent. The harsh and terrible break up you went through. That soul destroying custody battle for your beloved children following that divorce from your spouse of many years. The bankruptcy. The abuse. The rejection. The disappointment. The unexpected loss of a loved one. We have all experienced one or more of these things. Truth is these experiences damage our soul.

With our soul we feel and choose. Our soul is the seat of our emotions. Our emotions influence our decisions. A damaged soul is a skewed soul. One definition of the word skewed is something that has been made biased or distorted in a way that is regarded as inaccurate, unfair, or misleading.

A skewed soul will produce skewed emotions. Skewed emotions lead to skewed decisions. Skewed decisions leave you in dodgy places in life!!

Check out this scripture:

He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. (‭Psalms‬ ‭23‬:‭3‬ NKJV)

Jesus is that good shepherd who can restore your soul. He can fix every distortion of your soul. He is THE restorer of our souls. It doesn’t matter how bad the abuse was, or how deeply hurt you were by that disappointment you faced. He can restore your soul.

I faced some big disappointments years ago and recently realised that I was terribly afraid of bad news. I realised that I made so many decisions, particularly in my early twenties under the influence of this distortion of my soul. He is restoring my soul. Since I found out that He can restore my soul, I have become less limited by the life experiences that left me messed up! Im not where I used to be. He has restored my soul. He is restoring my soul.

Here’s how one translation puts Psalm 23:3

He can refresh your soul, and then guide you along the right paths. If you let Him, He will fix your soul and save you from every skewed decision. We don’t have to walk down the wrong paths that our skewed souls often lead us to take. He restores our soul and leads us along the right paths…not for our sake, but for His sake.

When God does anything for His name sake, it means that it is guaranteed as it is not dependent on imperfect you and me, but on a perfect God!

I’ll write about How He restores our soul in another blog. You’ve done well to read up until this point, so I won’t take up any more of your time…(I’m nice like that :))

Say this after me: SHEPHERD OF MY SOUL, I YEILD MY SOUL YOU. GO AHEAD, RESTORE MY SOUL. THANK YOU LORD THAT YOU RESTORE MY SOUL AND GUIDE ME ALONG THE RIGHT PATHS FOR YOUR NAME SAKE

Thirsty for God
UncategorizedLeave a comment

Isaiah 55:1-2 “Ho! Everyone who thirsts,Come to the waters; And you who have no money,Come, buy and eat.Yes, come, buy wine and milkWithout money and without price.
There is another way to live. There is a place where you can buy without money! There is a place where you don’t have to look for satisfaction in your wages! There is a place where you can eat what is good, where your soul can delight itself in abundance! A place where you have abundant love, abundant mercy, abundant peace. There is a place where you don’t have to depend on your own wisdom to fix your relationship…you don’t have to depend on your own bank account to finance that business…you don’t have to heal yourself!
This place is at the waters…in Isaiah 55:1 he says come to the waters and drink. In the bible various things represent the anointing…oil, wind, fire, water etc…they are all types and shadows of the anointing, the power of God which is found only in His presence. This is where you we can buy and eat when you have no money. It is at the water where your soul can delight in abundance. In God’s presence, we literally live off Him and not ourselves.

The only requirement for getting access to the waters is your thirst for God.

Here are some truths about thirsting for God:

1. We are all born thirsty! The bible says that God has placed eternity in the hearts of men. Every human is thirsty for God.

2- We can find alternatives to quench our thirst. Every one gets thirsty, but not everyone quenches their with the same substance. Those who access the power of God are those who look to quench every thirst by reaching for God. There is something about a man or a woman who is humble enough to say Lord I thirst for you! I am hungry for you! God loves a man or a woman who will long for Him as the deer longs for the waters.

3- If you are thirsty but don’t reach for the waters you will be frustrated. I believe this is where a lot of the frustrations that Christians have comes from. We know enough not to reach for an alternative to quench our thirst. But we don’t know enough about drawing the water we need from the source. Practice the presence of God on purpose. Stay there at the waters until you no longer feel frustrated.

Develop your thirst for God today by reaching for Him for everything, every time.  Allow yourself to become completely dependent on Him. It will require a great deal of vulnerability. But that’s good, because vulnerability is the price we have to pay for true intimacy.

What the heck is the point?
UncategorizedLeave a comment

Have you ever asked yourself this question? Especially in the midst of a disappointing situation? What the heck is the point of this life? (I’m assuming that it’s ok for a preacher to say “heck” where you are…😇)

The quality of life we live depends greatly on the perspective we have and the answer we give to that question. The difference between living a joyful life and a miserable life is not really about the circumstances of life, but the perspective you have in those circumstances.

Particularly among people of faith, some see life as a place to suffer until you get to the place to enjoy. But if life was about suffering, why did Jesus pay the price for our sickness, become poor so we could be made rich? Why would he be the CHRIST…the one sent by God with the ability to heal the broken hearted, set the captives free and preach to the poor? If life was about suffering, God would never heal, comfort or save anyone!

Others tend to see life as being about the finest things in life. But if life is about the finest things, why is it that horrible things happen to people who believe in Christ? Why will people be tortured and killed in spite of their faith in Christ? Those are not fine things! If life was about these things those who have faith in Christ will never experience bad things!

The truth is that life is neither about suffering or enjoying the finest things in life. Life is about FAITH in Christ. Life is about believing God’s Word about your situation, BECAUSE YOU BELIEVE IN CHRIST.

Peter and the disciples were about to go through a terrible time at the hands of the enemy. I would have wanted Jesus to pray that they wouldn’t be sifted. Instead Jesus prayed their faith will not fail. I believe He prayed that prayer because in the good times and in the bad, life is really about faith in Him.

When you make life about suffering, you end up glorifying everything that JESUS came to save  us from, and we insult the awesome work of JESUS on the cross and you the demean the power of resurrection!

When you make life about the finest things in life, you become susceptible to thinking that something must be wrong with you and your walk with God in the season when things are not so good in your life. People who make life about the finest things in life are often driven to do desperate things in other to look prosperous. People who make life about fine things usually end up ‘losing their faith’ in the face of the great life disasters which come to all!
When you realise that life is about faith in Christ, you will never be bullied by the tragedies of life or tormented by the desire for things.
Here’s what I love about making faith in Christ the essence of your life:
Faith in Christ, allows you to sleep in the storms. Faith in Christ is what makes someone like Paul be threatened by the highest authority in the land, but still He says, none of these things move me! Faith in Christ is what makes a man like Peter, in the face of execution, he was more concerned about dishonouring Jesus by dying in the same way! It is said that He asked to be crucified upside down!
Your life is not about the outcome of your situation, your life is about having faith in Christ regardless of the outcome of your situation. Faith in Christ sets you free from the fear of the worst case scenario in every circumstance. Once you’re free from the fear of the worst case scenario, the enemy cannot torment or bully you anymore!
Faith is believing what Jesus said about your circumstances. That’s why even though our lives does not consist in the abundance of things, faith in Christ will produce things in abundance! It will produce healing in your body, finances, wisdom, favour…all the finest things in life. These this are not what life is about, they are a by product of what life is about…FAITH IN JESUS.
“Make walking with Jesus your greatest priority and joy in life” – Dr Ramson Mumba

Being guided by the right set of instructions
UncategorizedLeave a comment

Isaiah 60:1 Arise from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you—rise to a new life! Shine be radiant with the glory of the Lord, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you!

Notice that your circumstances can keep you in a place of depression and prostration.

Romans 12:2 says And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

The language that Paul uses here is a language that suggests the following:

1 that There is a pattern of living that is present in the world or in the age that you and I live in. There is a pattern in your world
2 There is a force (governed by the devil who is the god of this world) that is looking to shape you or fashion you into the same fashion as the World around you.
3. You can defy these forces that try to conform you to the patterns of this world…which is why he said do not be conformed.

More often than not, life comes to conform or fashion you into the pattern of the circumstance in your world . It’s just like if a child is born into a family where, uncle went to jail, grandpa was a gangster…life intends to fashion that child in the same pattern!

If you face a heartbreak in relationship, life wants to turn you into a bitter, closed up person, because life shapes you in the pattern of your circumstances.

You are not a bitter person because that’s how God created you, you are bitter because life has used your circumstances of that heartbreak to shape your mind into a bitter mind!

If you are experiencing financial difficulty at any point in your life, life wants to shape you into that pattern of lack, and people who have been successfully shaped according to that pattern of living in lack are now called poor, not necessarily because of the lack of money, but because their mind has been shaped into the pattern of poverty!

And Paul says DO NOT be shaped…do not be conformed into the pattern of this World! That’s a language of defiance! And the life of a christian ought to be a life of defiance to their circumstances and indeed the pattern of this world.

As christians we were not designed to be defined by our circumstances we are supposed to be defined by the Word of GOD! As he is so are we in this World!

And so somehow as believers we will need to learn to be those who defy their circumstances and conform to the WORD of God! We will need to be those who do not take instruction from their circumstances!

God has a plan for your life. His instructions to you, lead you to the plan He has for you.

Proverbs 4:20-22 says My son, give attention to my words;Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes;Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them,And health to all their flesh.

God has reserved great life for us…and His instructions His Words give us that life! Jesus put it this way in John 6, He says the spirit gives life, the flesh profits for nothing…the Words that I speak to you they are spirit and life!

In other words God has life for you but it’s his instructions that guide you to that life…the plan of the enemy is to use your circumstances to force you to ignore the instructions in God’s word…that way He can keep you you in a depressed and prostrated state. Unfortunately most of us take instructions from our circumstances…you allow your current state of health to instruct you about your future…the problem is that life doesn’t come from your circumstances, there is no profit there for you!

God’s instructions will lead you to the life He has for you. As difficult as this is sometimes, I’m praying that you find the courage to dishonour the instructions your circumstances are giving you today, in favour of God’s Word concerning the same matter.

#MylesMunroe: Tributes are good, but not enough
UncategorizedLeave a comment

Today I join with millions around the world to pay tribute to the awesome gift that is Dr Myles Munroe. I choose to celebrate your life and the life of your wife today Sir. I pray for his family and church. I pray that they experience the soothing, peace passing comfort of the Holy Spirit.

Source:Facebook

Source:Facebook

In times like this, out of the hearts of those of us whose lives have been impacted by people like Dr Myles Munroe flows heartfelt tributes. It is right and it is fitting. However, it will be a terrible shame if that’s all we do!

God places people in the earth as vessels or carriers of different gifts, messages and instructions for the benefit of the rest of the World. Ultimately, God’s desire is that these things which He deposited in us will be handed down to others who come after us. In Genesis 18:19a God, speaking about Abraham said: For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the Lord to do justice and judgment…notice that God chose Abraham because He knew He will pass on what he learnt from God to those who come after him. In fact I believe that a key to being released into a higher dimension of influence, particularly in the things of God, is to be willing to continually empty yourself of what you have received, and to keep a heart that is always ready to receive more. In other words, learn to teach and to be teachable!

Dr Myles Munroe has learnt, and poured out what he learnt. The tributes from all around the world are a testament to how much of his contents he poured out on this earth. Whilst we pay tribute to him, here are 2 things i believe will be more honourable to do:

1: Stand at your post in the kingdom! God used Dr Myles Munroe to communicate the Kingdom of God because He (God) is passionate about the establishment of the Kingdom of God on the earth! Every time God sends us His Word, He doesn’t just do it to show us how profound He is, He does it because in time, after you hear the Word, you will get the opportunity to “Work Out” the Word that He “Worked in” using people like Dr Munroe. We will truly honour Dr Munroe’s work when we look out for opportunities to “work out” what God “worked in” you. Serve the purpose of the kingdom fiercely in the market place! Serve the purpose of the Kingdom fiercely at your local church. Don’t be missing in action on any of those fronts. That is how to pay a lasting tribute!

2. Teach somebody what you know! Pass on the Baton! I don’t want to say much on this because I believe Dr Munroe articulated it so well in this short clip. Click here to watch. Your assignment is not complete when you build the church in your heart or run the business or social enterprise of your dreams. It is complete when the next generation have enough inspiration and instruction from you on running the next leg!

Please do not be distracted by how Dr Munroe and his wife passed. The enemy, the devil, can and is using the “how” they passed on from this earth to distract you from the truth that his passing means that it’s now your turn to run with what they passed on to you! How they went is not nearly as significant as the truth that it’s our turn!

To my generation, my prayer is that in 30, 40 or 50 years time (if Jesus has not to yet returned), there will be so many of us making the same impact that Dr Munroe and his lovely wife made in this world! Today, I believe that it’s our turn be teachable. It’s our turn to be consistent. It’s our turn to be faithful. It’s our turn to be grounded. It’s our turn to stop running from pillar to post. It’s our turn to be focussed. I know it’s our turn for all those things because when God calls a Moses home, the assignment is not finished, it is just Joshua’s turn!

NO SUBSTITUTE FOR FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE OF GOD!
UncategorizedLeave a comment

Hebrews 8:11 None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them.

God in His wisdom has set up a covenant with mankind. A covenant is a binding agreement that outlines the basis of the relationship between 2 parties. In Hebrews 8, God tells us about the covenant that is currently in effect between God and man. A key part of this relationship is that we will all have the privilege of a personal relationship with God. Which means we get to have a first hand experience of Him!

I believe we are living in times when the only thing that will set you apart from the rest is YOUR personal knowledge of Him! There so many perplexing things happening in the World, and even in the body of Christ. I believe the only thing that can keep you in peace in the times we live in is a FIRST HAND experience of God.

I’ve been friends with my wife now for about 10 years and we’ve been married for 5 of those years. I have spent A LOT of time with her in these years! We haven’t been apart for long at all. So it’s safe for me to say I know her! My relationship with her is not based on how anyone else sees her, but it’s based on my personal, FIRST HAND knowledge of her.

Most Christians have a second hand experience of God. This means that what we know of God is what someone else said about Him.

Thank God for people he uses to teach us about God. I believe that preaching and teaching about God is indispensable to the health of our relationship with God. Just like learning about women and marriage is indispensable to the health of my relationship with my wife. But those who teach me about relationships are still not my wife! I will run into BIG trouble if I treat them in that way!

Those who teach you about God and His ability are NOT GOD! They will never be God! A relationship with them will never be a substitute for a relationship with God! We honour those who teach us about God, but we WORSHIP GOD! Real worship comes out of a first hand experience of God.

Every one has an opinion about God! With the internet, every one can voice their opinion, and with social media you can even get opinions about God that you didn’t ask for! Delivered direct to you door! Without a personal knowledge of God, you will be open to the torment that comes when you inevitable come across someone who says “you’re doing it ALL wrong!”

Learn all you can from those who teach about God. But prioritise a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with Him. He is available to us. I define worship as any intimate interaction you have with God. You can’t be tormented by different winds of doctrine if you worship I.e interact with God personally. Seize every opportunity you have to relate with God. It’s an awesome privilege made available to EVERYONE by & through Jesus.

How about right now, just talk to God. Say hello. He’s waiting. Fear of every kind dissipates when you have a FIRST HAND experience of God. We live in times when there is NO SUBSTITUTE FOR A PERSONAL, FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE OF GOD!

Offence: It’s not worth it
UncategorizedLeave a comment

And in the same way the ones sown upon stony ground are those who, when they hear the Word, at once receive and accept and welcome it with joy; And they have no real root in themselves, and so they endure for a little while; then when trouble or persecution arises on account of the Word, they immediately are offended (become displeased, indignant, resentful) and they stumble and fall away. (Mark 4:16, 17 AMP)

Trouble comes because of the Word that God gave you concerning your future. You’re not facing trouble because God is angry with you. It’s the enemy that is not happy with you and he’s not happy because YOU HAVE A WORD!

The enemy knows that the Word you have heard from God, regarding your life, is on an important assignment in your life. He knows that God’s Word is on an important mission in your life. That’s why he brought trouble your way…he is trying to get you to be offended…He is trying to get you to become displeased, indignant & resentful.

To be displeased is to feel annoyed! That’s what the enemy is after…the enemy want you to get annoyed at God! To feel annoyed at your friend…to get annoyed at everything. Yes you had some trouble at Work…but the enemy wants you to come home and take it out on the kids! He wants to poison your house with offence…with displeasure.

He wants you to become indignant and resentful…to be indignant and resentful is to feel or show anger particularly because you feel you have been treated unfairly. You feel like someone has done you wrong, so they have to pay!

It’s time to dump the offence. Forgive, let it go! You will be healed if you give up the right to be offended. Offence is related to bitterness and bitterness rots the bones!

I know what they did to you was horrible, and it shouldn’t have happened to you…but if you are going to get what God has for you…you will have to let it go.

YOU CAN AFFORD TO OVERLOOK AN OFFENCE BECAUSE YOU SERVE A GOD WHO CAN TAKE CARE OF YOU AND THE PERSON YOU ARE OFFENDED WITH BETTER THAN YOU CAN.

One of the best lessons I have learnt is that God is good at what He does. He sees everything and he knows everything. You can afford to leave it all in his hands.

Some times we are more interested in being right…we love the fact that we are right and they are wrong, so we hold on to our right to be right and we hold the people in our jails until they apologise! The problem with that is that you have taken the place of God because you are the one to decide when they have done enough to be forgiven for what they did to you!

The problem is whilst you are waiting for them to perform before you forgive them, you are harbouring bitterness…you are keeping anger in your bosom

Do not be quick in spirit to be angry or vexed, for anger and vexation lodge in the bosom of fools. [James 1:19, 20.] (Ecclesiastes 7:9 AMP)

Being right is overrated. Make a decision to let it go in your heart first. The Word of God has come to do somethings in your life. However, as long as you are holding on to your right to be offended, you are submitting to the offence and subjecting yourself the opportunity to become a product of that offence.

I pray you find the strength and courage to let go of that offence. I pray that you become more aware of God’s mission in your life than you are of that offence. I pray that you are set free today from the trap of offence.

You can start again!

1 Corinthians 15:9 (Amplified) For I am the least worthy of the apostles, who am not fit or deserving to be called an apostle, because I once wronged and pursued and molested the church of God oppressing it with cruelty and violence.

Paul is in the middle of a conversation about his calling. In the corse of his conversation he has reason to remember his past. He is talking to the corinthians about the gospel that He has had the privilege of preaching and he was telling them how Jesus appeared to him with the gospel, just like He (Jesus) appeared to the other apostles, but in the middle of the conversation, he remembered where he was when Jesus called him.

One of the funny things that often happens to christians, is that we easily forget where we came from. God does an amazing work in us…He cleans us up, gives us the ability to speak, makes us look better than we ever thought possible…but we forget! I know we forget because we start to act high and mighty when we come across another person’s mess!

Paul is in this place where he is having a conversation and he remembers that because of what He did in His past by way of persecuting the church…he says, I’m not even worthy to be called an APOSTLE! But he goes on in verse 10 to say…

But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain;… (I Corinthians 15:9, 10 NKJV)

I just want to remind you today that you don’t need to be ashamed of your mess, you don’t need to be afraid of your weaknesses, you don’t need to see your future through your shortcomings and mistakes because there is grace pointing towards you today, and that Grace can make you what you ought to become!

You can experience an incredible future in spite of your mistakes! You can experience an amazing future in spite of your shortcomings! I know you were abused growing up, that experience does not have to make a future for you! I know you feel like you wasted a lot of your youth in the wrong place, doing the wrong thing, yet the shame of your youth does not have to make you a future! You can be what you want to be BY THE GRACE OF GOD!

The future is available for the taking! We are not victims of our past, we are not victims of our mistakes or experiences, the grace of God is pointing towards us, the grace of GOD has given us a great future!!

The question is will you let grace make you a future or do you want one that you created! Will you let grace make you a future or do you want one that past created?

Jeremiah 18

1 The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying: 2 “Arise and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause you to hear My words.”
3 Then I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was, making something at the wheel. 4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make. 5 Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying: 6 “O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter?” says the Lord. “Look, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are you in My hand, O house of Israel!

If you choose to yield that situation to God by agreeing with what He said about it regardless of your experience, He’ll make a master piece out of your life. Nothing is too messy for Him.

I pray you find the courage to yield to the potter today. He can give you a brand new start.

Don’t be silent! Speak about your Hope!
UncategorizedLeave a comment

I’ve been deeply moved by the terrible things going on around the world, particularly in recent weeks. It’s been heart breaking to see people suffer terribly, sometimes as a result of Man’s depravity, but also as a result of a world that is literally decaying.

On the surface or in the natural, it looks as if there is no hope. In the natural there is no reason why anyone should have any concrete hope of good, either in our personal lives or collectively as humans.

This is where those who believe the bible come in…1 Peter 1:3 Amplified Bible (AMP) says 3 Praised (honored, blessed) be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah)! By His boundless mercy we have been born again to an ever-living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

If you believe in Jesus as the Lord of your life, you have an ever-living hope! A hope that is always alive! A hope that means that in the darkest, most confusing of times, you still have a positive expectation of good! A hope that means that even when you’re down, you still don’t expect to stay down! A hope that means that even when you can’t articulate the answer you need, you’re still comforted by the truth that the Lord of your life is all knowing, well able and absolutely trustworthy!

If you have the “YouVersion” Bible App, you probably received 1 Peter 3:15 as the verse of the day…here’s what the latter part of that verse says “…And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it”

clarity

There has never been a better time for those who have this ever-living hope (by virtue of their faith in Jesus ALONE)…to talk about this hope we have. There is no hope in the worlds media…which is the primary source of information for our world…but there is hope in Jesus! It will be a complete injustice for us to be silent about this hope!

Firstly, this means that in our personal lives, regardless of what we are dealing with: small or great, in plenty or in little, we need to exercise our blood bought right to be hopeful. If you’re sick, expect healing! If you need money, expect provision! If you need wisdom, expect bucket loads! If you’re threatened with death, expect life! Expect the goodness of God in your life without apologies! Faith gives substance to what we hope for!

Secondly, make a decision to become a witness to this hope! A witness is someone who is qualified to give an account of something or someone because they have a personal experience of the thing, event, or person. You cannot be an effective witness to anything that you don’t have a personal experience of! Being a false witness was punishable by death according to the law!(thank God we are no longer under the Law!).

This is one reason why it is imperative that as a follower of Jesus, you don’t let religious folk talk you out of believing God for every thing! From a painful bunion on your toe to an incurable disease BELIEVE GOD! From the smallest physical material need to the deepest Spiritual need, BELIEVE GOD WITHOUT APOLOGIES!

Our world needs witnesses to the hope that we have! People who can talk about hope for healing because they have seen God heal them. Or freedom from the cycle of depression, debt or addiction, because they have experienced that freedom through Jesus. People who are not afraid of death, because they have a personal experience of the faithfulness of Jesus that they are confident that He will receive them on the other side, just like He promised!

Finally if you do have any experience of Jesus (I believe as a believer, you do), there is no better time to look out for opportunities to give an explanation for the hope we have! Jesus is literally the hope of the World. He is in you! Don’t be silent about Him! 1 Peter 3:15 in the amplified says we are to do this “…courteously and respectfully.” We are not looking to win points, we are looking to give others the solution to life, that God lovingly gave us in the person of JESUS.
